        Originated from European Outdoor Show, Asia Outdoor Trade Show has been successfully held as an international professional trade show since 2006, and has become an annual carnival for outdoor industry.
 


        As the first professional outdoor exhibition in Asian area, Asia Outdoor has captured the worldwide attention. It starts with a pleasant record in 2006: 6743 trade visitors from 16 countries, 20000 sq.m .exhibition areas. 174 brands have joined the show, 55% are from overseas, with an exhibition area of 20,000 sq. meters. A total of 6743 trade visitors from 16 nations have visited the show, 13.5% of trade visitors are from abroad. Approximately RMB 30 million (3 million euro) orders have been placed during the trade show.
        In the year 2007, 214 brands have joined the show, 50% are from overseas, with an exhibition area of 22,000 sq.m. A total of 8218 trade visitors from 16 nations have visited the show. Overseas visitors’ number is 1012, which is 12% of the total. 120 Media with 312 journalists visited Asia Outdoor 2007.
        Asia Outdoor enjoys significant growth in 2008, 14.35% increase of trade visitors has been reported. The number of exhibited brands at the event rose by 13.9% to 245, and the amount of exhibition space  increased from 22,000 to 24,000 sq.m. A large number of manufacturers relocated their sales talks to the Nanjing exhibition grounds.
        Asia Outdoor 2009 has reached a record high in terms of scale, the number of exhibition brands and trade visitors. This year the exhibition area has covered 2,5000sq.m, with hall A, B, C in use; the number of exhibited brands reached 288, among which, 52 are international brands from 24 countries. During the four days trade show, the total number of visitors has reached 14,344, which increases 52.6% compared with that of last year. And the number of present media is 129, with journalists 351, 9.7% up than last year. 
  Larger exhibition space, more brands and visitors, the four-day 2010 Asia Outdoor Trade Show has presented a boost in scale and created a new record. With its exhibition area increased to over 32,000 sq.m. (28% up) and HALL D and E in use, the number of exhibited brands has reached to 359 (24.6% up), visitors 16,326 (13.8% up), journalists 355 and media 147 (14% up), 14 TV station included.
  Asia Outdoor 2011 moves to Nanjing International Expo Center with a expanded scale. It takes up an exhibition area of 42,000 m2, 31% larger than 2010; brands involved reaches as many as 452 in total, a growth of 26% compared with that of 2010 (359); 142 overseas brands attend the show, occupying 31% of the total number; 405 reporters and journalists from 158 newspapers and media participate in the live report of Asia Outdoor 2011; 19,180 trade visitors are attracted to the show in the four days, 17% more than the number in 2010(16,326).
