| Note: 1、The price includes installation (classroom and theatre), reception, and platform, light. 2、For small scale meeting, tea or mineral water will be supplied; for large scale meeting, purified water in bucket and paper cup will be supplied. 3、Rehearsal of large scale Meeting and activity: free in 2 hours， 10% of the rent will be charged if more than 2 hours, 20% of rent will be charged if later than 17:00, 30% of rent will be charged if later than 22:00, usually, time for one banquet is 3 hours; time for one activity is 4 hours. Additional 20% will be charged if exceed this time. |
